This Mahle MS piston set is engineered for high-performance Chevrolet LS engine builds, specifically designed for 428 cubic inch displacement with a 4.075 inch bore and 4.1 inch stroke. The pistons feature a 6.125 inch connecting rod length and a .927 inch wrist pin diameter, with a -8cc dish volume to optimize combustion chamber dynamics. Crafted from 4032 forged aluminum alloy, these pistons provide excellent strength, durability, and thermal stability for demanding motorsport and tuning applications.

  • Forged 4032 aluminum alloy construction for durability and heat resistance
  • Slipper skirt design with Grafal anti-friction coating to reduce drag and wear
  • Phosphate coating on pin bores and ring grooves to prevent galling and microwelding
  • Hard anodized top ring grooves for enhanced ring groove durability
  • Precision CNC-machined pin bores and hand-deburred for quality fitment
  • Includes a low-drag ring pack for improved performance
