This forged crankshaft is engineered from lightweight 4340 alloy steel with a non-twist forging process, delivering exceptional strength and durability for high-performance Chevrolet Big Block engines. It undergoes a multi-step heat treatment and nitriding process to enhance longevity and resistance to wear.

Precision micro-polished large radius journals reduce friction, improving engine efficiency and performance. Each crankshaft is rigorously quality assured through stress relief, shot peening, and 100% magnaflux inspection to meet demanding motorsport standards.
