Upgrade your 2011+ Ford Super Duty's 6.7L Powerstroke engine with the Mishimoto Air-To-Water Intercooler Kit. This kit is designed to provide improved reliability and performance over the stock intercooler. The cast aluminum end tanks are precision TIG welded to the robust bar-and-plate core, reducing potential failure points and making it more durable than cut and welded tanks.
- Available in a Micro-Wrinkle Silver, Micro-Wrinkle Black, or Micro-Wrinkle Blue powder coated finish
- Includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology and Constant Tension Worm Gear Clamps
- Cast end tanks are more durable than brazed or welded end tanks, eliminating potential leak points
- No tune required - Intercooler can be installed on a completely stock or modified truck
- Includes Mishimoto mandrel-bent aluminum intercooler pipes for greater durability
The Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler kit has been flow bench tested and showed a 22% better flow rate than the stock cooler. On the dyno, this extra flow provided our stock 6.7L with 40 lb-ft more torque. This kit is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
