Mishimoto 2013+ Ford Focus ST Intercooler Pipe Kit - Polished
Take your Ford Focus ST to the next level with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Piping Kit. The stock piping is riddled with bends, restrictive diameters, and degradation-prone materials, slowing down the airflow to and from your intercooler. Our kit is designed to free up the flow of charged air, increasing performance and power.
We started by removing the turbo muffler and reducing the number of bends, giving the airflow a more direct path from the turbo to the intercooler. We also increased the inner diameter of the piping to 2.5 inches of high-grade aluminum, allowing for a 14% increase in volume and 26% greater flow over the stock equipment.
The stock rubber connections have been replaced with sturdy silicone couplers to ensure a solid connection between the piping and intercooler. The cold-side piping has also been overhauled, replacing the degradation-prone rubber construction with 5 layers of durable silicone complete with heat-resistant fibers.
