mountune Balance Shaft Delete Kit
This kit is designed to remove the crankshaft balance shaft assembly from Duratec and EcoBoost engines, freeing up rotating mass and enhancing engine response. The balance shaft assembly can weigh up to 18 lbs., depending on the version, and its removal requires the vehicle's oil pan to be taken off.
- Improves engine response by reducing rotating mass
- Compatible with Duratec 2.3L and EcoBoost 2.0L/2.3L engines
- Installation can be done with the engine in the car; oil pan not included
