The NRG Quick Release Gen 2.0 is a high-performance steering wheel quick release designed for motorsport and track use. This version features a black anodized aircraft-grade aluminum body with a chrome ring, combining durability with an attractive finish. It is SFI Spec 42.1 certified, ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards for racing applications.

Engineered with raised sections to prevent hub scratching and stretching, the quick release includes a self-locking ball-lock system that enhances safety and functionality. The design allows for quick and easy detachment of the steering wheel with one gloved hand, improving driver convenience and security. It fits steering wheels and hubs with 6x70mm or 6x74mm bolt patterns and brings the wheel 60mm forward, which is ideal for taller drivers.
