This Rancho RS66161B Suspension Control Arm Kit is engineered to improve ride quality and suspension performance for both stock and lifted Jeep Wrangler TJ and Cherokee XJ models (up to 4-in. lift). Constructed from heavy-duty 0.188-in. DOM wall tubing with a 2-inch outer diameter, these front lower control arms feature forged ends for enhanced durability and longevity.
Equipped with Rancho's D2 high-articulation, maintenance-free bushings that include a PTFE liner, the kit reduces noise, vibration, and harshness while requiring no lubrication for long-lasting operation. The control arms are bent to closely match factory design, allowing accommodation of larger wheels and tires without compromising suspension geometry.
