Rock Slide Engineering Step Sliders for 2003-2006 Jeep LJ combine robust protection with convenient access. Constructed from heavy-duty 3/16 inch and 10-gauge steel, these sliders serve as both rock guards and deployable steps. When a door is opened, the step automatically deploys 12 inches downward to provide easy vehicle entry and retracts flush with the slider when the door closes. The internal mechanisms use stainless steel and aluminum to resist rust, and the entire assembly is finished with a textured black powder coat for durability.
