The Rywire Mil-Spec Engine Harness for 02-04 Honda K-Series engines is engineered with aerospace-grade Teflon coated wire, offering superior chemical and radiation resistance with a heat rating up to 200°C. This Version 2 harness is designed for universal chassis compatibility, allowing routing similar to OEM harnesses either through the center or right side of the firewall, ideal for both Right Hand Drive and Left Hand Drive vehicles.
Constructed with high-quality Raychem DR-25 heat shrink and adhesive-lined wire junctions, it ensures moisture resistance and durability. Each connector is pneumatically crimped for OEM-level reliability and tagged with yellow identification labels for straightforward installation. Heavy interference circuits are shielded and grounded with proper wire coverings to maintain signal integrity.
