Skunk2 Honda/Acura VTEC B Series Spring Type Lost Motion Assembly Kit
Take your Honda or Acura to the next level with Skunk2's Lost Motion Assembly Kit. This advanced spring device is designed to put pre-load on the center portion of the VTEC rocker when it's in the unlocked position, eliminating rattling and ensuring smooth engine operation.
Each Lost Motion Assembly is manufactured from chrome silicone steel using the latest 3D CAD modeling and FEA analysis for maximum optimization. The springs feature hardened tips for added durability and are 3% stiffer than ITR springs.
This kit replaces the factory piston-style LMA design with an improved design commonly found in newer generation Honda engines. It's recommended when installing aftermarket camshafts and required when installing Skunk2 Pro Series and other high-lift camshafts.
