The Sparco Base for BMW Z3/M Coupe 1996-2002 is a driver side seat base designed to provide a strong, flex-free mounting platform for Sparco racing seats. Constructed from 3/16" thick steel, this base ensures durability and rigidity for demanding motorsport applications. It utilizes the factory seat mounts on the vehicle floor for a 100% bolt-in installation, guaranteeing a secure fit without modifications.
In addition to the standard mounting holes, the base features a wide metal platform that allows for custom mounting of side mounts directly to the base, which may require drilling. This option is ideal for race vehicles where the lowest possible seat position is desired. The base is finished with a black wrinkle powder coat for corrosion resistance and a professional appearance.
