Each piece features a 1D bend radius, meaning the bend radius equals the tube diameter, allowing for tight, compact bends while maintaining smooth flow and structural integrity.
Made from durable 304 stainless steel, these pie cuts have interlocking serrations every 10°, enabling fast, precise alignment and consistent fit-up with minimal effort. The kit allows building smooth 90° bends with 9 weld joints, ideal for custom exhaust fabrication and other steel tubing applications.
