Supertech Ford Duratec 2.0L/2.3L 88.5mm +6.1cc Dome Piston Set

This Supertech piston set is engineered for high-performance applications on Ford Duratec 2.0L and 2.3L engines. Featuring an 88.5mm bore with a +6.1cc dome volume, these forged pistons deliver compression ratios of 12.6:1 and 14.1:1, ideal for aggressive naturally aspirated or forced induction builds.

Manufactured from enhanced 4032 alloy, these pistons provide low thermal expansion, excellent wear resistance, and superior thermal conductivity. The advanced forging process ensures optimal grain structure and strength, while multiple heat treatments enhance tensile strength and hardness distribution.

  • Precision CNC machining with contact reduction grooves and honed pin bores
  • Phosphate dry lubricant coating for improved ring protection and skirt lubrication
