This set of six exhaust valves is designed specifically for the Volkswagen VR6 2.8L engine, delivering enhanced durability and performance. Manufactured from high-quality steel, these valves undergo a black nitriding treatment that significantly increases surface hardness and resistance to wear, friction, seizing, and corrosion.

Each valve is precision forged and CNC machined to exacting tolerances, ensuring optimal fitment and sealing for improved engine efficiency and reliability. The nitriding process forms hard ceramic nitrides on the valve surface, boosting fatigue resistance and extending service life under demanding conditions.
