TiAL Sport MV-I 2.5 Wastegate Actuator

This compact wastegate actuator is designed for turbo applications, offering stable boost control and improved boost response. It is a reliable replacement for OEM parts, featuring a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm and CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy body components.

  • Base spring pressure available from 4 psi to 22 psi
  • High-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm
  • CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy body components
  • Stainless steel rod for corrosion resistance
  • Locking Cap design allows for quick spring changes
