This rear shock tower brace from UMI Performance is engineered specifically for the 1964-1972 GM A-Body El Camino. It strengthens the rear chassis by stiffening the rear spring pockets, which is essential for heavy-duty use such as racing, hauling, or when using coilover suspension kits. The design addresses common interference issues found in other shock tower braces, providing a precise fit that clears exhaust and suspension components.
