Fluidampr ist ein Anbieter von Torsionsschwingungslösungen für OEMs und deren Zulieferer. Sie bieten die größte Anwendungserfahrung von viskosen Torsionsdämpfern in der Industrie. Von 0,5kg (1,1lb) Nockendämpfern für Automobile bis hin zu 3.175kg (7.000lb) Kurbelwellendämpfern für Gasverdichtungsmotoren. 100hp bis 25.000hp. Vibratech TVD ist auch führend in der Zukunft mit neuen hochbeständigen viskosen Dämpfern für den schmalen Bereich, um die NVH in kommerziellen elektrischen Antriebssträngen zu minimieren.
Mitte der 80er Jahre: Professionelle Rennmotorenbauer traten an Vibratech TVD, die Muttergesellschaft von Fluidampr, heran. Die Herausforderung bestand darin, langlebige, industrieerprobte Viskodämpfertechnologie im Motorsport einzusetzen. Fluidampr war geboren.
Heute verlangt der Rennsport nach einem hochwertigen Kurbelwellendämpfer, der die Motoren über einen breiten Drehzahlbereich schützt. Er muss auch dann noch funktionieren, wenn die Leistung steigt und die Temperaturen unter der Motorhaube zunehmen. Der Rennsport treibt die Innovation im Fluidampr Design- und Fertigungsprozess voran. Diese Fortschritte werden an die Muttergesellschaft, Vibratech TVD, weitergegeben und in exotischen OEM-Anwendungen in der Automobil-, Marine- und Verteidigungsindustrie eingesetzt.
