Der Mishimoto-Ladeluftkühler verfügt über eine Aluminium-Guss-Endtank-Konstruktion, die präzise TIG-geschweißt ist, um den robusten Bar-and-Plate-Kern zu erhalten. Diese Konstruktion reduziert mögliche Schwachstellen und macht ihn zuverlässiger als geschnittene und geschweißte Tanks.
