The BD Diesel Electronic Positive Air Shutdown (E-PAS) is a critical safety device designed to protect diesel engines from runaway conditions caused by external hydrocarbons leading to uncontrolled overspeeding. This system safely shuts down the engine by actuating the existing electronic throttle body, cutting off the air supply to the cylinders in emergency situations.
Specifically engineered for modern diesel engines, the E-PAS offers a reliable and efficient solution without triggering Malfunction Indicator Lights (MIL) or trouble codes such as P0106, distinguishing it from other shutdown systems on the market.
