Unlike the OEM manifolds that use only 8 of the 11 available stud locations on the cylinder head, BD Diesel's design utilizes all 11 stud locations for enhanced durability and stability, reducing issues such as warped manifolds, broken studs, and blown gaskets.

Constructed from thick-walled high-silicone ductile cast iron, these manifolds resist thermal warping and improve exhaust flow, promoting quicker turbo spool-up and engine efficiency. Each manifold is gasket matched and optimized using 3D flow simulations to maximize performance. The kit includes 22 exhaust spacers and 22 class 8.8 studs, which are 15mm longer than OEM studs, further enhancing thermal durability.
