Engineered for superior cold weather performance, the BD Diesel Flow-MaX Fuel Heater Kit is designed to prevent fuel gelling in demanding environments. Featuring a self-regulating PTC heating element, this kit delivers over three times the heating power of conventional single systems, ensuring reliable fuel flow even in extreme conditions.
Installation is quick and straightforward, thanks to a premade wiring harness with sealed electrical connectors. The heater is simply sandwiched between the water separator, pre-filter, and filter head, making it compatible with BD Flow Max, Air Dog, and FASS fuel pump assemblies. This universal solution is ideal for cold weather warriors seeking robust protection for their fuel system.
