This BD Diesel Stage 1 Performance CR Pump and Injectors Package is engineered specifically for the 2003-2004 Dodge 5.9L Cummins diesel engines. Designed to deliver a significant upgrade in fuel delivery without extensive modifications, this package enhances power, combustion efficiency, and durability.
- CP3 injection pump with a 12mm stroke camshaft made from custom alloy steel, providing 9 times greater toughness than standard materials
- 72% increase in pump capacity, delivering up to 5.25 LPM compared to the stock 3.05 LPM
- Upgraded shaft material and heat treatment for long-term durability and consistent high fuel pressure supply
- Flow-matched, high-performance common rail injectors with OE quality extrude honed nozzles for improved atomization
- Injectors assembled using OE procedures and fully calibrated and tested for flawless performance
- Supports up to approximately 775 horsepower with improved combustion and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs)
