Brian Crower 31mm Intake Valves are precision-engineered for enhanced performance on engines with Honda D16Y8 and D16Z6 configurations. These valves are crafted from premium-grade, heat-resistant stainless steel to ensure durability and reliability under high rpm and boost conditions. Featuring a one-piece design with a friction welded Stellite tip, they provide superior wear resistance and longevity.
The valves incorporate an undercut stem above the head to reduce weight and improve airflow, optimizing engine efficiency and power output. Each valve is fully machined and swirl polished under the head for improved air/fuel mixture flow in the combustion chamber.

Brian Crower, Inc. employs state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines to insure exacting tolerances. Small diameter camshaft grinding wheels on certain BC cam part numbers like Honda B and K Series, Nissan SR20 and Mitsubishi 4G63 deliver added valve action for greater cylinder fill rates. All BC crankshafts and connecting rods are made from the highest quality 4340 steel alloy, CNC machined and finished to the tightest industry specifications. Premium grade 6AL4V titanium retainers, 100% RC checked for hardness, and super clean chrome silicone spring wire for the highest rpm range possible. Every product line is tested on precision measuring instruments for accuracy, imperfections and metallurgy. Dyno tested and tuned for optimum results.
