This premium head gasket is designed for the Polaris XP Turbo and XP 1000 models, offering superior sealing performance with its advanced three-layer construction. It features Viton coated embossed spring steel outer layers and a steel inner layer, ensuring durability and reliability under high-performance conditions.

Small diameter camshaft grinding wheels on certain BC cam part numbers like Honda B and K Series, Nissan SR20 and Mitsubishi 4G63 deliver added valve action for greater cylinder fill rates. All BC crankshafts and connecting rods are made from the highest quality 4340 steel alloy, CNC machined and finished to the tightest industry specifications. Premium grade 6AL4V titanium retainers, 100% RC checked for hardness, and super clean chrome silicone spring wire for the highest rpm range possible. Every product line is tested on precision measuring instruments for accuracy, imperfections and metallurgy. Dyno tested and tuned for optimum results.
