Brian Crower Polaris XP Turbo/XP 1000 Cometic MLX Head Gasket

This premium head gasket is designed for the Polaris XP Turbo and XP 1000 models, offering a reliable seal with its three-layer setup. The gasket features Viton coated embossed spring steel outer layers surrounding a steel inner layer, providing support and thickness. Embossments ensure a proper seal around oil and water passages.

All BC crankshafts and connecting rods are made from the highest quality 4340 steel alloy, CNC machined and finished to the tightest industry specifications. Premium grade 6AL4V titanium retainers, 100% RC checked for hardness, and super clean chrome silicone spring wire for the highest rpm range possible. Every product line is tested on precision measuring instruments for accuracy, imperfections and metallurgy. Dyno tested and tuned for optimum results.
