This Chase Bays tucked aluminum radiator is a premium cooling upgrade designed specifically for BMW E30, E36, and E46 models. It features a dual pass design that allows coolant to pass through twice for twice the cooling efficiency in a compact size. The radiator is mounted under the core support to free up to 6 inches of engine bay space, improving airflow and aesthetics.
Constructed entirely from aluminum, it measures 22" wide x 17" tall x 3.5" thick (3" core) and includes a powerful 16-inch Chase Bays Ultra HD electric fan rated at 2,200 CFM for optimal cooling performance. The radiator offers modular inlet/outlet options with reversible orientation and -20AN female threaded fittings, allowing for flexible hose setups including OE style 1.38", -16AN, and -20AN adapters. This radiator requires custom hoses as factory hoses will not fit due to its forward mounting position.
