This Chase Bays Power Steering Kit is engineered specifically for the BMW E36 equipped with Toyota 1JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GTE engines, designed to resolve common factory issues such as power steering leaks, fluid spillover, and overheating. The kit features a complete 100% upgraded AN fitting replacement of the stock reservoir and hoses, covering the entire system from reservoir to pump to rack.

At the core of this kit is the over-engineered triple-baffled power steering reservoir, constructed from 6061 aluminum with a black anodized finish and laser-etched cap. This reservoir is aeration and spillover proof, utilizing advanced internal baffling to slow fluid return pressures from up to 120psi down to 12psi within just two inches of fluid motion, effectively eliminating foaming and turbulence that cause spillover under heavy use.

The reservoir conveniently mounts using a Delrin shim that fits the OE BMW reservoir bracket, allowing installation in virtually any BMW chassis. The high-pressure rack-to-pump hose is stainless steel, Teflon PTFE lined, and coated with black PVC for abrasion resistance. The other hoses are abrasion resistant, black nylon sheathed, and stainless steel reinforced, all finished with high-end black aluminum AN fittings for durability and leak-free performance.
