Chase Bays Nissan RB20/RB25/RB26 Cylinder Head Oil Drain Kit
This Chase Bays Cylinder Head Oil Drain Kit is engineered to solve the common issue of excessive oil build-up in the cylinder head of Nissan RB20, RB25, and RB26 engines. The kit fully bolts on using existing locations on the engine, requiring no additional fabrication. It efficiently drains excess oil back to the oil pan, preventing oil from escaping valve covers, PCV systems, and catch cans, which can cause oil contamination in charge piping and engine bay.
The kit includes a billet 6061 aluminum 10AN cylinder head oil drain flange, anodized in Chase Bays' signature semi-gloss black finish. Installation involves removing a freeze plug on the back of the cylinder head and securing the flange with an M6 allen bolt. A premade 10AN hose routes the oil along the block and into the RB block via a 3/4 BSPT to 10AN adapter. Both the flange and adapter use class 3A Mil-Spec threads for durability and reliability.
