This Chase Bays Power Steering Kit is engineered for BMW E30 models equipped with M52, S54, or M54 engines, designed to resolve common factory issues such as power steering leaks, fluid spillover, and overheating. The kit features a fully upgraded A.N. fitting replacement system including reservoir, hoses, pump, and rack for enhanced durability and performance.
At the core of the kit is the over-engineered triple-baffled power steering reservoir made from 6061 aluminum with a black anodized finish and laser-etched cap. This reservoir effectively prevents aeration and spillover by managing fluid return pressures up to 120psi, ensuring reliable operation even under high steering and RPM conditions.
