Chase Bays Vanos Oil Line for BMW E46 S54
This Vanos Oil Line kit by Chase Bays is engineered to permanently solve the common issue of leaky Vanos High Pressure Oil Feed Hoses on BMW E46 S54 engines. Utilizing superior AN components, it replaces the outdated OEM hose design that often results in inconsistent sealing and oil leaks, which can compromise Vanos oil pressure and engine performance.
The hose is constructed from 3AN stainless steel with a Teflon PTFE lining and a PVC coating for durability and resistance to heat and wear. Hose ends and banjo bolts are made from stainless steel, complemented by fireproof sleeving to protect against exhaust manifold heat.
