Made from multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with a Viton rubber coating, this gasket is built to withstand the shearing force created by different materials. Its compressed operating thickness is 0.036 inches, making it ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks.
