Cometic 97-06 VW/Audi 1.8L Turbo 85mm.040 inch MLS Head Gasket
Take your engine's performance to the next level with Cometic's MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Head Gasket. Designed for high-output engines, this gasket provides maximum sealing performance and requires no sealants.
Ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, this gasket can withstand the shearing force created by the two materials. Its multiple layers of stainless steel increase its strength and create the ability to rebound and resist corrosion.
- Comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with Viton rubber coating
- Compressed operating thickness is 0.036"
- Ideal for high-output engines
- Requires no sealants
