This multi-layer steel (MLS) head gasket is comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel, with the outer layers utilizing a Viton rubber coating for enhanced sealing and durability.

Ideal for aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks
Withstands shearing force created by the two materials
Increased strength and ability to rebound and resist corrosion
Outer layers embossed and coated on both sides with Viton for heat resistance up to 250°C/482°F
