Cometic BMW M54 2.5L/2.8L 85mm.045 inch MLS Head Gasket
Get the best sealing performance for your high-output engine with Cometic's MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Head Gaskets. These gaskets are designed to provide maximum sealing performance and require no sealants. They are ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks.
Cometic's MLS gaskets feature multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with the outer layers utilizing a Viton rubber coating. The compressed thickness is 0.045 inches. The center or shim layer is uncoated stainless steel, which can be varied to accommodate multiple thickness requirements.
