Cometic Buick 400/430/455 V8 4.385 inch Bore.027 inch MLS Headgasket
Experience the ultimate in sealing performance with Cometic's MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Head Gaskets, designed for today's high-output engines. These gaskets provide maximum sealing performance and require no sealants. Ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, they can withstand the shearing force created by the two materials.
Cometic's MLS gaskets feature multiple layers of stainless steel, which provide increased strength, rebound, and resistance to corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton, a heat-resistant, flouroelastomer rubber-based material that can withstand harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes.
