- Made of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel
- Outer layers utilize a Viton rubber coating for heat resistance
- Compressed operating thickness is 0.098"
- Ideal for aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks
Cometic's MLS gaskets have increased strength and can rebound and resist corrosion. The center or shim layer is uncoated stainless steel, which can be varied to accommodate multiple thickness requirements.
