Engineered to provide maximum sealing performance for today's high-output engines, these gaskets require no sealants and can withstand the shearing force created by aluminum heads and cast iron blocks.
Comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with a Viton rubber coating, Cometic's MLS Head Gaskets offer increased strength, rebound, and corrosion resistance. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton, a flouroelastomer rubber-based material that's heat-resistant up to 250°C/482°F.
