DSS Subaru 2004-2007 STI 6-Speed (R180 Rear) 1-Piece Carbon Fiber Driveshaft
This 1-piece carbon fiber driveshaft is designed specifically for the Subaru WRX STI models from 2004 to 2007 with a 6-speed transmission and R180 rear differential. The shaft measures 2.75 inches in diameter and is custom wound with high modulus carbon fiber to ensure exceptional strength while maintaining a compact profile that clears all factory shields, plates, and covers without modification.
Featuring 6061-T6 aluminum ends and larger, replaceable u-joints, this driveshaft is rated to handle up to 850 wheel horsepower and speeds up to 180 MPH. Weighing only 12.2 pounds, it is approximately half the weight of the factory 2-piece driveshaft, resulting in improved vehicle responsiveness and reduced drivetrain noise.
