This steel 1-piece replacement driveshaft is designed specifically for the Toyota IS300 from 1998 to 2005 with an R154 transmission conversion. It is approximately 5 pounds lighter than the factory 2-piece driveshaft, resulting in faster throttle response by eliminating the hanger bearing movement during acceleration. This driveshaft offers a cost-effective alternative to the aluminum version, with many drift teams noting it can break tires loose quicker.
