mountune Complete EcoBoost Oil Control System for Ford Focus RS/ST
The mountune Oil Control System is a precision-engineered solution designed for the 2.0L EcoBoost engines in the Ford Focus RS (2016-2018) and Focus ST (2013-2018). Developed by mountune's racing division, this system includes a baffled oil sump insert with one-way gates and diverters to maintain consistent oil supply around the oil pump pick up during high G-load cornering and extreme driving conditions.
Removing the crankshaft balance shaft assembly improves engine response by reducing rotating mass but can cause oil starvation issues. This system addresses that by providing a complete kit including the balance shaft delete hardware and a factory oil pan with the baffled sump pre-installed, ensuring reliable oil pressure and engine protection under demanding conditions.
