Rugged Ridge Replacement Hood Lift Gas Strut
Is your hood struggling to stay open? Do you find yourself propping it up with a stick or a rock? It's time to replace your worn-out gas strut with a new one from Rugged Ridge. This replacement hood lift gas strut is designed to fit the 11252.50 hood lift kit and is easy to install.
Our gas struts are filled with inert gas at several hundred psi to provide the spring force that lifts and holds open the structures they support. However, over time, oil and gas can leak out, resulting in a hood that won't stay up on its own. This replacement strut will restore the spring force and keep your hood open with ease.
