Superlift 5" Rear Block Kit for 1999-2010 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty

This kit is designed for the 1999-2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD models with a 3 7/8" axle tube and without top-mounted overload leaf springs. It enhances towing performance and distributes cargo weight effectively.

  • Includes two cast iron lift blocks
  • Four U-bolts with factory-type Hi-nuts and flat washers
  • Improves rear suspension stability
