Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic (Germany) deliveries:
The shipping costs depend on the quantity of goods ordered and the shipping method and will be clearly communicated to you before submitting your binding order. Intra-German shipping is done by DHL/Post at the following prices: 7 Euro (up to 2kg), 8 Euro (from 2kg), 9 Euro (from 5kg), 10 Euro (from 10kg), 12 Euro (from 15kg), 15 Euro (from 25kg), 18 Euro (from 32kg) und 20 Euro (from 40kg). Sperrige Güter werden per Spedition geliefert, dabei beträgt der Versandpreis 29,90-99,90 Euro.

The shipping costs depend on the quantity of goods ordered and the shipping method and will be clearly communicated to you before you submit your binding order.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) is usually within 3-5 days, for foreign deliveries usually within 5-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). Please refer to the product description for the delivery time. If no information is given there, please ask us directly for the delivery time.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More details about payment
The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days in case of payment on account.

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
